The first new Odd-Fish in a fortnight!
Lack of updates have as always been down to lack of time.
Every second of spare time I've had has been taken up with preparing for the Uk Webcomix Thing in March.
Even though I've had an entire yearto prepare for this I'm still finding it very very hard to meet the deadline.
The first Odd-Fish book, now entitled Inexplicable Zebras is possibly the one thing that's taking the longest with more than a hundred strips to be re-formatted, tidied up and in some cases even recreated to be suitable for printing. In addition to that there is some exclusive content never before published and the general design and layout to do.
I've already had to totally redesign the cover after the original painting I did didn't quite work out how I intended.
The playing cards I was hoping to launch at the Thing look like they're not going to happen in time now since the manufacturer pulled out. I've been unable to find an alternative with similar pricing so I'm going to have to re-think that at a later date. Perhaps some kind of pre-order system to drum up the funds to get a bulk order made to get the price down.
